An Action Plan

Section 63 Scotland builds on our existing EPC assessor role through EPC Scotland Ltd – one of the first companies to provide non-domestic EPCs in Scotland.  Section 63 Ltd was formed to offer an Action Plan and Section 63 Advisor service to landlords and property owners of commercial property.

Section 63 Ltd will work closely with relevant building owners to PRE-EMPT the requirement to implement an Action Plan, under Section 63 of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009, where required. Advice on how best to keep cost to a minimum will always be given.


As of the 1st September 2016, Landlords premises identified as commercial will need to undertake a ‘Section 63 Action Plan’ for energy efficiency improvements. Services we provide here at Section 63 Scotland include but are not limited to the following:
